Custom, handmade, or pre‑order items may require additional time as noted in product descriptions.

Customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–10 business days; international delivery may take 2–6 weeks.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” House of Skulls and Sparkles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
