Refund/Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and proof of purchase

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Non‑returnable items include:

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Accessories (earrings, hats, hair items)

  • Seasonal/holiday items

  • Mystery bags/boxes

  • Digital products

 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if processing has not begun.

  • Custom and pre‑order items cannot be canceled.
